  • Designed fast-screening forms, quick record templates, and electronic authorization flows, with mobile UI optimization for high-volume screening scenarios.
  • Led five training sessions after launch, organized 20+ feedback items by bug, UX improvement, and new request, and helped the system cover 1,000+ patients with 50%+ efficiency gains across appointments, records, and reporting.
