- Interviewed clinic staff to map three core workflows: large-scale screening, first consultation, and follow-up surgery, while identifying friction in parent communication and authorization.
- Used Codex to help build patient-side and clinic-side information systems covering appointment booking, triage, records, follow-ups, and data analytics.
- Designed fast-screening forms, quick record templates, and electronic authorization flows, with mobile UI optimization for high-volume screening scenarios.
- Led five training sessions after launch, organized 20+ feedback items by bug, UX improvement, and new request, and helped the system cover 1,000+ patients with 50%+ efficiency gains across appointments, records, and reporting.
