A lightweight digital platform built for HKUST Film Society.
The system integrates a public-facing society website, member login, event registration, and payment review workflow. It helps the society manage content, membership, and daily operations with lower technical overhead.

Workflow Optimization
- Automatically passes member information to Feishu forms through URL parameters, reducing repetitive manual input
- Uses Feishu Bitable AI fields to recognize and validate payment screenshot information
- Triggers workflow notifications for manual review when abnormal or suspicious orders are detected
System Architecture
- Frontend: Built with React / Vite and deployed on HKUST society web hosting
- Authentication: Integrated with Microsoft Entra for member login and identity verification
- Backend API: Built with PHP to connect the website frontend with Feishu API services
- CMS & Database: Uses Feishu Bitable to manage events, announcements, members, and registration records
- AI Review: Uses OCR and Feishu Bitable AI to extract information from payment screenshots
