Context
The society lacked a unified operating system. Event registration, payment reconciliation, and CRM workflows relied on online forms and spreadsheets, causing frequent data errors and heavy manual processing.
System Design
I built the business backend and internal OA on Feishu Base, connected it to the public website through Feishu APIs, and used Feishu forms for event registration while the database handled member records and media storage.
Key Improvements
- Integrated school Microsoft login and passed member information into registration forms through URL parameters for autofill.
- Used AI field shortcuts to extract and validate payment screenshots, returning successful checks to the frontend and escalating abnormal orders through workflows.
- The system has served 480 registered members, supports around 10 events per month, completed 50+ AI-assisted reconciliations, and saves about 4 hours of manual work monthly.
